Moneycode processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Portuguese law, respecting the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
To exercise your rights, send a request to privacidade@moneycode.pt, indicating your name, contact information, and the right you wish to exercise. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, and withdrawal of consent, where applicable. Exercising these rights is free of charge, except for requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive, within the limits of the law.
Deletion or restriction may not be possible when there is an obligation to retain data, prevent fraud, comply with regulations, or defend rights. You may file a complaint with the CNPD.
In the event of a privacy or security incident, contact privacidade@moneycode.pt. When a personal data breach is likely to result in a high risk, Moneycode will notify data subjects as required by law.
