Data Protection

Moneycode protects the information of users, promoters, investors, partners, and suppliers through organizational and technical measures commensurate with the risk: individual access management, strong authentication for sensitive operations, event logging, segregation of duties, encryption where appropriate, backups, vulnerability monitoring, supplier assessment, and incident response.

Employees and authorized service providers have access only to the data strictly necessary for their duties and are bound by confidentiality agreements. External service providers that process data or support critical functions are subject to evaluation and contractual obligations regarding security, business continuity, confidentiality, and the secure disposal or return of information.

To protect users, the platform, and the financial system, we may conduct checks related to identity, representation, beneficial ownership, document consistency, fraud prevention, restricted lists, and other legally applicable controls. These controls are proportionate to the risk and may restrict access to certain features.

If you detect a vulnerability, unauthorized access, or suspected fraud, do not disclose sensitive information and contact privacidade@moneycode.pt. For information about personal data and your rights, please refer to the Privacy Policy and the GDPR page.
